The Spis take

More of a curated hybrid than a restaurant: a design-conscious little space near Vester Farimagsgade combining a coffee bar, an independent bookshop and a natural-wine-and-cider counter. It's a weekday-daytime spot for a good coffee, a browse and maybe a glass of something interesting, aimed squarely at Copenhagen's creative crowd. Charming for what it is, but don't arrive expecting a full kitchen or evening service.
