The pølsevogn on Strøget (Søndergade), one of Børnenes Kontor's classic Aarhus sausage carts and a proper institution. Steff Houlberg sausages, but the sleeper is the pan-fried frikadeller, rated among the best meatball sandwiches in town. Cheap, quick, gruff, and beloved. Closed Sundays.
