The gastronomic home of Pia and Klavs Styrbæk, two of Denmark's best-known cookbook chefs, in a restored farmhouse north of the city. It's not a walk-in restaurant: it runs as gourmet dinners on selected dates plus cooking courses, events and a luxury takeaway, all built on Funen produce. Book ahead by phone or email, there are no fixed opening days. For a serious meal it's the standout on this list.
