The bakery that kicked off Aalborg's sourdough habit: Henrik Bruse opened the city's first sourdough bakery in 2019 and it now spans several sites, baking through the day so bread and cakes stay fresh. A hybrid of coffee shop and modern bakery, strong on sourdough paninis, croissants and cakes. A dependable, genuinely good stop.
