A small sourdough-focused pizzeria on Frederiksgade that punches well above its size: blistered, piping-hot pies on a properly fermented base with good ingredients. Locals and reviewers routinely call it among the best pizza in Aarhus (and some go further), the trade-off being that service can be unhurried when it is busy. Cosy, fairly priced and worth the short wait.
