The sushi counter inside Field's — this is Sushi Deli Fields, a grab-and-go operation for boxes of maki and nigiri while you're shopping. It leans practical over precious (they even offload day's-end boxes cheap via Too Good To Go), so set expectations at convenient mall sushi rather than a sushi occasion. Fine for a quick lunch between errands.
