The Amager branch of the Sushi Factory all-you-can-eat chain on Amagerbrogade: pay a set price and order freely from an iPad through starters, sushi and skewers. It's built for volume and value rather than finesse, and it delivers on that with fresh-enough fish, quick turnaround and a cosy-ish room. Go when you want to eat a lot of sushi for a fixed price with friends, not for a refined omakase.
