A small, serious sushi spot on Park Allé that the local Japanese community itself tends to name as the best in Aarhus. The pull is craftsmanship at honest prices: fresh nigiri and sashimi, house-made soy and gyoza, done properly rather than churned out on a conveyor. It is modest in size and works equally well for a careful dine-in or takeaway, and it is one of the few sushi places here worth going out of your way for.
