Social-dining on the 19th floor of TRÆ, Denmark's tallest wooden building, so you're eating a set 4- or 7-course menu with a proper view over Aarhus. Stripped-back Nordic room, no tablecloths, servers who talk you through each dish and the wine. The menu shifts every couple of months; go for the occasion as much as the food.
