A revived old dairy in Tarup that leans hard into the fun of it: homemade cheeses, house-smoked fish, sausages and proper smørrebrød, plus a self-described 'weekend candy for grown-ups' counter of delicacies. Only open Thursday to Saturday, so plan around it, and it's a shop-and-takeaway more than a sit-down meal.
