"The Bar 0.3" is another deck-numbered venue in the same shipboard cluster as The Bar 1.1/1.3/3.5 and The Diner 3.1 — i.e. a bar aboard a cruise or ferry vessel that happened to be docked in Copenhagen, not a bar you can find on a street. Only useful if you're already a passenger onboard.
