The Coffee Factory is an unpretentious sidewalk café on Gothersgade that's poured coffee for the Grønnegade neighborhood for the better part of a decade. Freshly brewed coffee in many styles, crumble cakes and cookies, teas and, in summer, an espresso soft-serve, all served from a cozy corner with outdoor seating. Nothing fancy or third-wave about it; it's a pleasant, local everyday stop rather than a specialty-coffee pilgrimage.
