An authentic American diner run by Chicagoans who set up shop near the lakes, serving proper smash burgers, fluffy pancakes, big breakfasts, freakshakes and even fried Oreos. It's one of Copenhagen's most consistently praised comfort-food spots (Tripadvisor top-100 territory), warm and unapologetically American in decor and menu. Caveats: prices have crept up and it can get busy with slow service at peak times, but for a homesick-American fix or a hearty brunch it's the real deal.
