Running since 2017, The Pita House built its whole thing around a from-scratch pita bread (they'll tell you about the hundreds of hours and 200 kg of test flour), then loads it with marinated grilled meat, daily-cut veg and homemade dressings. A solid step up from generic grill-bar pita.
