One of a small fleet of Sun Street trucks bringing genuinely punchy Thai street food to Copenhagen, this one posted up on Ørestads Boulevard. Regulars are effusive about it — some go as far as calling it among the best Thai in Denmark — and the truck format keeps it cheap and unfussy. The catch is the hours: the Ørestad spot only opens a couple of days a week, so check before you go.
