The Union Local is the intimate cocktail bar side of The Union Kitchen, Copenhagen's polished all-day restaurant group near Nyhavn — a small, modern room for house-crafted and classic cocktails, refined after-dinner drinks and no-alcohol options. It plays the 'neighbourhood local with cosmopolitan polish' card well, and works nicely as a pre- or post-dinner drink alongside the kitchen next door. Reliable and stylish rather than boundary-pushing.
