The Spis take

A small, genuinely creative bakery-café on Strandboulevarden that has built its whole identity around vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free baking — think fresh bread, cakes and a few homemade ice cream flavours (gluten-free cone available). It's a workshop as much as a shop, so this is the place if free-from baking usually means dry and disappointing to you; if you have no dietary needs it may read as more niche than essential. Warm, small-scale, and clearly a labour of love.
