A long-running fixture just off Strøget, Tight does Nordic-with-a-Southern-tilt cooking in a snug, stone-walled 1800s room that leans hard into hygge. It's dependable rather than cutting-edge: generous portions, a house Tight Burger people come back for, and unusually thorough gluten-free options that make it a genuine relief if you're avoiding wheat. Slightly pricey for what it is, but the quality and warmth mostly earn it.
