A coffee-and-pastry kiosk inside Copenhagen Zoo, run as an offshoot of Cadence, the Carlsberg Byen brunch spot with an Australian-café sensibility. It pulls Coffee Collective beans and adds artisanal pastries and lighter nourishment, which makes it a notably better caffeine pitstop than you'd expect mid-zoo. Useful and well-sourced rather than a reason in itself to visit.
