A hyggelig, old-school Danish lunch restaurant across from Tivoli and the National Museum, serving classically made smørrebrød and warm lunch dishes (its boiled clipfish is a signature) from scratch. It punches above its low-key looks - it's one of only a handful of Danish restaurants listed in '1001 Restaurants You Must Experience Before You Die.' A solid, unpretentious choice for traditional Danish frokost; note it's mainly a lunch place, with dinner only Friday and Saturday.
