A Tivoli institution since 1906, famous for ice-cream-filled waffle cones served through walk-up windows, plus homemade æbleskiver, pancakes and patisserie. It's earned real recognition — a National Geographic top-10 spot in the world for ice cream — and the queues prove the point. Touristy and Tivoli-priced, yes, but this is one of the park's genuinely worthwhile sweet stops.
