A 40-year-old local bakery in the Sanderum/Dalum area that punches above its size: it topped an Odense bakery poll in 2025 on the strength of uncompromising craftsmanship, from everyday bread to luxe cream cakes. New owner since 2023 who's worked here half his life, so the standard hasn't slipped.
