Good forauthentic Ugandan Rolex wraps on Jægersborggade

The Spis take

UGood on Jægersborggade is Copenhagen's Ugandan street-food gem, opened in 2020 by Danish-Ugandan Sylvester Bbaale and built around the Rolex, a rolled chapati wrap with omelet, crisp veg and often chicken or avocado (the name comes from 'rolled eggs', not the watch). The chapati is homemade and the ingredients run heavily organic and locally sourced from Lolland-Falster, and it has become a genuinely beloved, one-of-a-kind spot in a street full of them. Note: its website was down at time of writing and the surrounding street has been under long renovation, so double-check it is open before heading over.
