A tiny, family-run Japanese restaurant (now trading as Bento in Vesterbro) from a Copenhagen family that has cooked Japanese food here since 1998 — earlier as Restaurant Uki by City Hall, plus Kazuki and Sushi Time. It's widely rated one of the city's best and most authentic Japanese kitchens, a genuine hidden gem where you'll need to book a few days ahead. Warm, unshowy, and about the food rather than the room; the lunch bento boxes are especially good value.
