Restaurant Under Uret is a cozy cellar lunch spot near the lakes and Østre Anlæg, on the site of a café that opened here back in 1883. It does traditional Danish smørrebrød from good local ingredients, a wide spread of herring, smoked salmon, eel and fluffy scrambled egg, with friendly service in a compact, quickly-filling room. Open only through the middle of the day, so it's a proper lunch, not a dinner, destination; reserve if you can.
