The airport branch of Copenhagen's Union Kitchen, in Terminal 2, run under SSP's travel-dining portfolio. It brings the brand's all-day brunch, burgers, meatballs and even cocktails into the terminal, so it's a solid sit-down option if you want a real meal or a bloody mary before boarding rather than a grab-and-go. As with most airport restaurants, prices are steep and the experience is a franchised version of the city original, but it's among the more pleasant places to eat airside.
