A tidy sushi counter in the Kajen food hall doing uramaki, nigiri, sashimi and sushi bowls for eat-in or takeaway, with a signature 'Truffle' roll built on Faroe Islands salmon. It's fresh, competent mall sushi at reasonable prices (signature rolls around 135 DKK) rather than a destination sushi-ya — a reliable choice if you're craving raw fish while at Fisketorvet. Open daily 11-21, kitchen closing at 20:30.
