The Spis take

A genuinely lovely little Frederiksberg corner spot: coffee by day, natural-leaning wine and small plates by evening, started by four neighbours on the site of an old konditori (hence the name, a tribute to the original pastry chef Vagn). Wines by the glass rotate seasonally and lean toward small, characterful producers at fair prices, and the room is all warm, unpretentious hygge. It has quickly become one of the neighbourhood's coziest hangouts, and that's exactly what it's good at.
