A gloriously scruffy natural-wine bodega among the shipping containers and old railway workshops of Institut for X. Owner Mads pours biodynamic bottles, does a changing daily hot dish with bread from the neighbouring bakery, and toasts with the room. Service is deliberately slow and it is open only Thursday to Saturday evenings, so come for the vibe, not efficiency.
