Wakha is a North African / Moroccan street-food counter — its flagship stall sits in Tivoli Food Hall — turning out warmly spiced flatbreads (chicken, lamb, pork or veg) with bright, colourful salads and small plates, plus a surprisingly serious drinks list running from natural wine to homemade lemonade. It's fast, flavourful and good value for a food-hall bite, and a welcome change from the usual Copenhagen burger-and-smørrebrød lineup. Best treated as a quick, tasty stop rather than a destination dinner.
