The Bogø sandwich chain's take on doing two things at once: order-at-counter sushi trays on one side, build-your-own sandwiches and bagels on the other, in the Kennedy Arkaden by the bus terminal. Nobody's calling it destination sushi, but it's dependable, quick and useful when you've got twenty minutes before a bus.
