The ILLUM Underground outpost of Wedo, Denmark's long-running build-your-own salad and bowl chain (formerly Wedogreens). It does exactly what it says: fresh greens, proteins and grain bowls assembled fast for the lunch crowd rushing through the Strøget department-store food hall. Reliable and health-minded rather than exciting, and priced like the convenient chain lunch it is.
