The wok stall inside Aalborg Streetfood, the market in the old Boform furniture factory out at Skudehavnen. You build a box of noodles or rice with your pick of protein and sauce, then eat it at the shared communal tables among a dozen-plus other kitchens. Fast, cheap, generous. Come for the buzzing hall, not a refined plate.
