The Spis take

A long-running café and cocktail bar right across from Nørreport station, trading on a big list of around 90 cocktails and long drinks at fair prices (roughly 80–150 kr). It's more of a dependable, all-day meeting spot than a cutting-edge craft-cocktail den, which is precisely its appeal when you just want a decent drink somewhere central and easy. Good for a low-key catch-up rather than a pilgrimage.
