Good forkorean fried chicken craving

The Spis take

Billed as Norway's first dedicated Korean fried chicken spot, this casual Vulkan counter fries its chicken at the titular 175°C and glazes it in yangnyeom, honey soy, hot chili or garlic mayo, with dumplings and rice cakes on the side. The chicken is halal, the room is small and trendy, and it's built a solid social-media following among Oslo's KFC-craving crowd. Reviews are a touch uneven and it's more a quick-fix than a sit-down occasion, but for the genre it scratches the itch.
