Apostrophe

Apostrophe won a lot of affection as a playful omakase counter tucked inside the Lofthus Samvirkelag pizza restaurant on Grunerlokka, with critics and food bloggers calling it one of Oslo's best value-for-money tasting menus. The seasonal, chef-led journey drew praise for creative, beautifully plated dishes and a fresh natural-wine and cocktail program in a refreshingly hip, relaxed setting. Note that the omakase concept was retired at the end of 2025 and the venue now runs as a bistro only, so much of the acclaim describes the earlier format.
