The Spis take

One of the more serious and stylish natural-wine bars in central Oslo, tucked into an 1870s brick building by Tullinløkka and opened in late 2021 as a total design project, custom furniture, curated interiors and a monthly live-music program. The wine list earned a White Star from the Star Wine List, so the pouring is genuinely expert; expect small plates alongside the bottles. Come for the wine and the atmosphere, not a full dinner, and be ready for central-Oslo prices.
