A small specialty micro-roastery in the Frogner/Vika area, opened as a sister to the Babbo cafés and roasting on a compact Stronghold machine. It's a coffee-nerd's room more than a hangout — an open space with just a handful of window seats and a big communal table, plus fresh beans to take home in small test batches while they dial things in. Come for a carefully made pour-over and the chance to try something being actively tinkered with, not for a full café menu.
