The Spis take

A branch of Big Bite, Norway's home-grown sub-and-wrap chain (born in Trondheim in 1997), tucked into the Arkaden shopping centre in central Oslo. It's the local answer to Subway: made-to-order baguettes, wraps and salads assembled at the counter, reliable and quick but firmly in fast-food territory. Fine for a functional lunch on the move; nobody makes a special trip.
