Billed as Oslo's first bagel-only shop, Bob The Bagel bakes New York-style bagels from scratch each morning and stacks them with everything from Nova lox to loaded egg-and-bacon, plus proper vegan builds. It's small, busy and buzzy, wearing its love of bagels and Black culture openly, and it's built a real following across its Carl Berner and Bjørvika spots (with Frogner on the way). Cramped and often queued, sure, but for a genuine bagel in a city short on them, it's the address that gets named.
