The Spis take

Bohemen is a proper, football-mad sports pub just off Karl Johans gate — a Vålerenga supporters' haunt plastered with memorabilia and wall-to-wall TVs showing matches across leagues. What makes it beloved beyond the football crowd is a rarity in Oslo: genuinely reasonably priced beer. Come for a match, the well-attended Wednesday and Friday quizzes (in Norwegian), and an unpretentious pint; don't come expecting a food destination.
