A classic, unpretentious steakhouse (Borggården Biffrestaurant) sharing the Fridtjof Nansens plass block with Prima Fila. This is where you go when you want a properly grilled ytrefilet and a chocolate fondant in a homely, no-fuss room, with efficient service. Reviews are mostly warm, though some feel the steak is merely good for the price you pay — you're partly paying for the central location. Solid, dependable meat rather than a revelation.
