One of Oslo's genuinely serious fish restaurants, tucked into Frogner near the National Library with a classic French-Mediterranean seafood kitchen that feels rare in this city. Regulars rave about the scallops and cod and the artful, sometimes surprising plating, and owner Lucien is the kind of host who works the room. It's a proper splurge and the setting is more classical than trendy, but if you want fish done with real technique this is a standout.
