A Sunnmøre family bakery that brought its handcraft, bake-it-all-on-site approach to Oslo (Majorstuen, Middelthuns gate), with the bakers working in full view behind the counter. The sourdough and cinnamon buns are the calling cards, and the from-scratch ethos shows. A genuinely good spot for bread and pastries if you're in the Majorstuen area.
