The cocktail bar at Hotel Bristol, a spot for a well-made classic - negronis, dry martinis - and a nightcap in a grand old hotel that's been part of Oslo's scene since 1920. It's the more straightforward drinking counterpart to the hotel's famous piano-filled Library Bar next door. Fine for a polished, unfussy drink; the adjacent Bibliotekbaren is the bigger draw.
