A classic Oslo grill room inside Hotel Bristol, open since 1924, all dark wood panels, white tablecloths, chandeliers and tableside cooking. This is old-school luxury dining: steaks, tartare, traditional dishes and an extensive wine list served with calm, formal polish. Reviewers mostly love it but a few flag that quality can wobble given the prices, so treat it as a splurge for the setting and the ritual.
