The Spis take

A floating summer bar on a barge right in the Aker Brygge marina, with open-air seating over the water and big fjord views. It's a drinks-and-snacks spot — beer, wine and cocktails rather than a real kitchen — and it lives and dies by the weather, running roughly May to September. Pure Oslo-summer people-watching by the harbour; touristy and not cheap, but the location is the whole point.
