A well-established local burger spot (going since 2014) out on Sørengkaia, long name-checked in the 'best burger in Oslo' conversation and with a killer fjord-and-Opera-House view from the waterfront terrace. The burgers are properly juicy with crisp fresh toppings, and the truffle-parmesan and sweet-potato fries earn their own fans; service can slow down when it's slammed. A genuinely enjoyable, view-first burger stop that's earned its local following, at the usual steep Oslo prices.
