Oslo's original gin-and-tonic specialist, open since 2013, pouring some 130 gins matched to eight tonics in proper Spanish copa glasses — the place that taught the city to take G&Ts seriously. The Grünerløkka original is the pioneer; there's a second bar inside Posthallen's Drinkhub downtown. A focused, geeky cocktail spot for people who actually care about the botanicals, not a food destination.
