It's the kind of old-school neighborhood restaurant that regulars are fond of and newcomers find hit-or-miss, with reviews split between warm celebrations and gripes about the cooking. Fair mid-range prices, low expectations, and it delivers on the nostalgic-Chinese-takeaway front.
